I am pleased to recommend Mr. Michel Viau and his company "Mykey Plus Construction" for building and renovation activities. We contracted Mr. Viau in 2013 to build an attached garage on our property. This was an entirely pleasant experience.
Mr. Viau supported us throughout the entire process; from initial concepts and negotiations with the
architect and surveyor, through permit applications and of course the actual construction. Everything was very well managed, and we were kept informed of the daily progress and any little variations that
inevitably happen. He was very patient and good-humoured with our close supervision.
First and foremost however, Mr. Viau managed the project extremely professionally. He has built an
excellent team of highly specialised sub-contractors who work well together both with him and with each other, so the various activities could happen in the proper sequence and without idle periods in between.
